Accessing unauthorized websites with proxy sites is a violation of school computer usage policy, you can get suspended and/or banned from using school computers. Use school computers for school work and myspace will be there waiting for you when you get home. Anyway do you really want your teachers and school administrators knowing what you are posting on myspace anyway?

House leaders vowel similar support and President Bush has said he will sign
This legislation into law
Under the new law, all schools in the United States will be required to Block
All access to My Space, and proxy sites used to by pass filters.
Parents of Students who attempt to access filters or “hack” the schools
Network security will be notified in writing, on first offense,
Subsequent attempts could result in fines up to 25,000.00 or five years imprisonment Senate leaders along with US Attorney general Gonzales
Applaud the new legislation. And call it a great day for education in America
