Recruit a partner to draw the ideas you describe. Or create the actual garments themselves and use live models.
You are going to need drawing skills to be a fashion designer. The good news is that these skills can be learned, if you can find a good teacher who can help you develop your right brain abilities. People who are too left-brained tend to draw what they think they see rather than what they actually see, thus messing up on shadows and perspective. There are books and online courses you could try, but a real teacher would be your best bet.
honey, im not trying to be rude here, but you seriously need to learn how to draw. it is a basic of fashion design and you could be refused for jobs simply because you dont have that skill.
if you are still desperate for ideas you could try drawing them on the computer, or getting someone else to do it for you.
You could also get some stencils and just practice with them to get the basics down so you can do it by yourself.

You must TRY! So many people keep telling themselves that they can't draw even before taking a drawing class. Sign up for a class and spend a lot of time practicing. Like anything else, drawing demands a lot of practice. Even those you think can draw naturally have probably spent a lot of time practicing.
Drawing is definitely something that can be learned. It's the first step in becoming a designer. Good luck!
