I assume that you're talking about a four-in-hand, not a bow tie:

Hi,
i don't know a site, but i know how to tie a necktie, (not a bowtie)
Take the narrow section of the tie around the back of your neck, and to the front left. Keep it rather short…maybe midriff area.
Hold with the left hand. Take the wider part of the tie in your right hand. Cross the wide over the narrow, then under the narrow,, then…go over the narrow once more.
Next, take the tip of the wider end and bring it up behind the front of the neck area, and tuck it down thru (neatly) and then tighten by holding the narrow in place while pulling gently down on the wider.
My Dad said it this way:
Right over left, and under, right over left, and thru.
Hope this helps.
